Plaintiff Orion Shipping Corp. sues Defendant Pasip Tide Lines in the Regional Trial Court for damages arising from a charter party. After service of summons, Pasip Tide Lines has 15 days to file a responsive pleading. On day 2, Pasip Tide Lines files a Motion to Dismiss for lack of jurisdiction.
