(a) Identify the requisites for issuance of a search warrant under Rule 126 and discuss, for the facts given, whether each requisite is satisfied. (b) Assess whether probable cause exists to support issuance in the absence of personal observation or corroboration of the informant. (c) If any requisite is defective, state the effect on the validity of the search and seizure and the proper remedy under the Rules of Court.
