Duty to state reason for inhibition. - In every order of inhibition, a judge shall state the reason therefor and furnish copies to the parties; and, for the trial courts, the executive judge, the Office of the Court Administrator, and the Office of the Chief Justice; and for the tertiary-level courts, the presiding justice and the Office of the Chief Justice.
