Duties of the Investigating Commissioner. - The Investigating Commissioner shall investigate a complaint against any member of the Integrated Bar, and thereafter submit a report embodying the recommended action to the IBP Board of Governors, within a total period not exceeding one hundred eighty (180) calendar days, from assignment by raffle.
