Customs Modernization and Tariff Act

Section 1612. Tariff Nomenclature and Rates of Export Duty. - The provisions of Section 514 on Export Products Subject to Duty and Rates of Presidential Decree No. 1464, otherwise known as the Tariff and Customs Code of 1978, as amended, specifically providing for the export products subject to duty and rates, shall still apply and shall supplement this Act.
